1. Test system (internal) specification: l400mm × w400mm × h500mm; the frame adopts 50mm × 50mm × 2mm GB aluminum alloy profile structure, equipped with 8 sets of mobile casters;


2. The left and right LED mounting bases are made of aluminum alloy plate material, with the size of 370 × 450 mm. They are designed in four groups. The temperature fluctuation range of the mounting base is ± 1. ℃. They are detected by 16 J-type thermocouples, and they can be charged during temperature detection;


3. Three sets of LED mounting bases are set on the left and right sides and the front of the test system. The mounting bases can be horizontally translated and rotated by 90 ° to facilitate the installation, access and placement of LEDs;


4. The temperature in the test system is controlled by SSR module PID, and the temperature fluctuation range is ± 2. ℃. The working temperature range of the test system can be preset (setting range: room temperature or 20 ℃ ~ 150 ℃). The heat source in the test system is nickel chromium heating wire, with long uniform temperature life, equipped with squirrel cage type wind wheel, and driven by high temperature resistant motor;


5. LED mounting base temperature regulator adopts high-power semiconductor cooler to follow the temperature in the system to automatically control the temperature difference;


6. The test system is equipped with 36 channel voltage and current upper and lower limit monitoring function,


7. Led aging power supply adopts wea programmable linear constant current source, output (1-360vdc, 0-1adc27 sets, 0-3adc9 sets), voltage resolution: 0.1V, current resolution: 1A power supply: 0.001a, 3A power supply: 0.01A, and output parameters are set by key type.
